This hotel is perfectly situated, super close to Universal Park and Disney Parks, and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants. The rooms were in good condition, but I noticed the shower was damaged in the walls. The service, particularly the housekeeping, was top-notch. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, being so close to Sea World and just a stone's throw away from Universal Studios. The rooms were in good condition and very clean, but there was a slight issue with the shower being damaged in the walls. The service was top-notch, especially the housekeeping team. The hotel's proximity to a small supermarket made it very convenient for any essentials I needed. However, the dining options, although satisfying with included meals and delicious pizza, could be more varied. Overall, it was a great value for the money.
